I look at coaching as being, not doing. Being me, that is. I am inherently compassionate and caring, and have been trained to be an active listener. I am a sounding board for my clients, from which they can reflect upon their own ideas and strategies. While I have spent years working with people on "what they do", now I coach on "who they are." I take my clients through a process of discovering what they truly want in their lives. This creates a pivotal point in our coaching relationship; a place where the true self is revealed and life's successes and challenges can be closely evaluated. Together we identify personal values, and discover ways to honor them. I incorporate into my coaching approach my belief in the wonder and power of the energy that exists in all things. Through coaching, my clients often expand their perspective on the power they have in their own lives by becoming open to the magic of their thoughts and feelings.  I believe that each of us has the ability to deliberately create lives that we love by becoming extremely conscious of how we feel.  In so doing, we then attract into our lives that which we are wanting. Ultimately, this process becomes effortless.

After a 15 year career as a corporate professional responsible for Recruiting, Retention, and Market Development, at a financial services firm, I developed my own consulting and coaching practice. I am a graduate of Coach University, the world leader in coach training. I have been a Life Coach since 1997. Additionally, I have an Associates Degree from Pace University, NY and a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from Mercy College, NY.
