Coaching is conducted over the telephone. The telephone is the perfect vehicle for coaching. Using the telephone minimizes external distractions, wasted travel time and expense.

My clients call me for our scheduled appointments. Forty-five minutes are reserved for each coaching call.  Three coaching sessions per month are included in the monthly fee.  A complimentary fourth session is often available if my schedule permits.

Email may be used for interim communication between sessions.
