As a busy mom, wife, and student of the Universe, I bring to you the freshness of my real life, coupled with my advanced training.  From my real life sprouted my desire to become trained in EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques.  EFT is a form of energy healing developed by Gary Craig in 1995, based upon the principles of acupuncture, but without needles!

My real life lead me to a book called ScreamFree Parenting by Hal Edward Runkel, LMFT.  This book was in alignment with my coach approach and met my own needs as a parent.  I reached out to the ScreamFree organization and became certified as a ScreamFree Parenting Leader. Here's more on that.

My real life lead me to a (w)holistic lifestyle.  I add the W to Holistic because I embrace the whole of life.  In addition to feeding myself and my family organic and whole foods, and minimally processed foods, I found Isagenix super-food nutrition, and have added that to support our health and wellness.  I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and am certified as a Holistic Health Coach.

My real life created my desire to pursue expertise in these areas.

What is your real life about?  Where is that next level that you want to achieve with your mate, with your kids, with your health?  Let me know, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . 908-502-5212
